To protect data best possible against accidential or intential manipulation, loss, damage or access by unauthorized third party, we apply technical and organizational security measures, which we contineously optimize conformable to technical and legal development.

We ask for your name and your email account. This information is only used for processing your request. Other personal data is not used by us.

Use of Cookies

• Venture Projects uses so-called „Cookies“ to individually design and optimize the online experience and the online time of the customer. A Cookie is a text file, which either is stored temporarily in the random access memory of the device („Session Cookie“) or on the harddisk („permanent“ Cookie). Cookies contain e.g. information about previous accesses of the user to the according server resp. information about which products have been requested by the user Cookies are not used to run programs or to load viruses on your device. Main purpose of Cookies is in fact to provide a customized product to the cusotmer and make the use of the service as convenient as possible.Venture Projects uses Session Cookies as well as Permanent Cookies.

Session Cookies

• Venture Projects uses predominantly "Session Cookies“, which are not soted on the harddisk of the customer and which are deleted at closing of the browser. Session Cookies are used for Login-Authentification and for system Load-Balancing.

Permanent Cookies

• In addition Venture Projects uses so-called „permanent Cookies“ to store personal user settings, which are selected by the user when using a service and which allow a personalization and improvement of the services. The permanent Cookies ensures that a customer reruns his personal settings when reentering the site. Apart from this the service providers which have been selected by Venture Projects to analyze the user behaviour  use permanent Cookies, to recognize recurring users. These services exclusively store data transferred by the Cookies anonymously. A link to the customer's IP address is not stored.

Avoidance of Cookies

• The customer has the possibility to refuse the use of Cookies at any time. This can be done within the settings / configuration of the browser or by additional tools. Full particulars can be seen in the Help-functions of your browser. If the customers decides to not use Cookies, the service range can be reduced and can become negatively noticeable when using the services.
